These Terms of Service govern your use of ReelMagic. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

What ReelMagic Does

ReelMagic lets users select photos and generate AI video transitions and vertical reels. AI-generated results can vary and may not always match your selected images perfectly.

Your Content

You keep your rights to the photos and other content you upload. You grant ReelMagic the limited permission needed to upload, process, store temporarily, and return generated video results from your selected content.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed for photos you upload, especially if they include other people, private locations, copyrighted material, brands, or sensitive content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReelMagic to upload, create, or share content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, or harmful. You must have the rights or permissions needed for photos you upload.

You may not use ReelMagic to impersonate, harass, sexually exploit, defame, or deceive another person, or to create content that violates applicable law or platform rules where you share it.

AI Output

AI video generation may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or imperfect results. Review generated videos before downloading or sharing them. ReelMagic does not guarantee that a generated video will be suitable for every purpose.

Subscriptions

ReelMagic may offer optional subscriptions through Apple App Store in-app purchases. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing details. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Subscription pricing, duration, trial availability, renewal terms, and included features are shown in the app before purchase. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, auto-renewable subscriptions may renew according to Apple's App Store terms.

Apple Terms

Where applicable, your purchase and use of ReelMagic through the App Store is also subject to Apple's licensed application and App Store terms.

Availability

We may change, pause, rate-limit, or discontinue parts of ReelMagic at any time. AI generation depends on third-party infrastructure and may be delayed or unavailable.

No Warranty

ReelMagic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelMagic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of ReelMagic after changes means you accept the updated terms.
