Generation is taking a long time

AI video generation can take a few minutes. Keep the app open if you want the preview to open automatically, or return to the Library to check recent generations.

The final frame does not match my photo

Use clear first and last images with similar subjects, framing, and lighting. ReelMagic prepares photos as vertical frames, but AI generation can still vary.

Restore a subscription

Use the Restore button in the upgrade screen. Purchases are managed by Apple, so cancellation and billing controls are available in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Download a preview

When the first generated preview is ready, use Download preview to save or share the video before unlocking the full reel.
